Michelle is a board certified pediatrician, RRCA certified run coach, and marathoner. She is passionate about helping busy professional women to prioritize their well-being through running and fitness. She loves to develop customized training plans for every type of runner, especially beginners. She found running in her early 30s, and quickly fell in love with the sport. Michelle started Mindful Marathon to help others improve their lives by embracing running and exercise. She is all about celebrating our current fitness, wherever that happens to be, and a big believer in the idea that every runner starts from somewhere, even if that somewhere is mile 0.
